Summers Stories

It’s nice to spend time outside during summer time because it is the season that brings more fun and happy moments especially for kids and teens. It is also the best time for students to rest and relax. Students now can take another knowledge going outside. More family spends their vacation in resort, beach and other areas, to swim, and there are many water games that they can play around. Other spends their vacation in finding challenges and activities, such as mountain climbing, scuba diving and etc. It is also the good time to learn other things such as swimming lessons, singing and dancing lessons and etc.
In my own experience it is also the best time to have a family reunion, last vacation we spend the whole vacation in a province wherein my older uncle live there and this is the venue of our reunion. The air there was so fresh and there are many trees and fruits, I’ve saw the volcano which is very beautiful. Other family goes to the park, zoo and other beautiful places. It is the time which is the best part of the year because graduation celebration is also held during this season. It is also fun to play many games like ball games and many others. We have to enjoy our summer vacation.

When we usually hear the words “vacation time”, the first thing that pops into my mind is summer. For us Filipinos, summer means a lot. For us, it is the best time to relax and to stay away from our stressful way of living due to business, financial, and personal problems which always trigger us. It is also the time when we can refresh our minds and body in order to have energy we need for other days ahead.
For students like me, summer is the most happiest and enjoyable season ever just because it is the time when I can set myself free from the pressure in school. Imagine during school time, lots of homework to be accomplished, lesson to be mastered, and the most of all the killing weekly exams.
In fact, I don’t even have any chance to relax but rather to expect tiring days and sleepless nights instead. But on the other hand, during summer time, it seems that I can spread my wings, able to fly and smell the scent of freedom. Just like other people I prefer to go to beaches, resorts, and other tourist spots to spend time with my family and friends.
This summer fever is the best. How about you, how do you like summer?

Ending of school days is one of one of the exciting events that each student waiting for every year. It is because during this time they can have their summer vacation and do some of their favorite summer activities.
Some of the people want to spend their summer vacation in doing different summer activities, some want to spend their summer in having their summer sports activities, like badminton, volley ball, basketball, swimming lessons, music lessons, taekwondo lessons and many others. Like one of my classmate, he spends his summer vacation in his taekwondo training, just a preparation for his competition. My older brother also want his child in any summer activities, because he don’t want his child to just play and waste the time during vacation, where in fact he can learn something new if he entered or enrolled in any summer activities or lessons.
If a had a chance and money to spend and do some activities for my vacation, I would prefer to enroll in events that I want to learn and explore like swimming and music lessons, because I really want to learn how to swim right, and I also want to learn how to use and operate some or most of the musical instruments like piano, drums and guitar, I also want to develop mu singing skills.

When I was a child our family always go to any place during summer vacation, and also that time, we are going anywhere with our relatives, we always have a reunion with our relatives and especially with my cousins, sometimes we sleep in their houses and play together during our summer vacation, but most of the time we go to the beach. That is the cycle of my summer vacation during my childhood days, it always been a reunion with my relatives and cousin and go to the beach.
But this last summer vacation of mine is different from our previous habits, reunions are somewhat minimized because most of us are too busy in our own lives. But of course, I am always with my family during summer, but it is quite different because unlike when I was a child I don’t go in any place without my family, but because I am older enough, I can somewhat participate in our reunion with my high school classmates and friends. In fact, I even go back thrice to the same resort in my last vacation. First is with our relatives, second with my high school friends and third is with my family alone together with the family of my brother in law. I really want that vacation to happen again.

Summer, the time between April and May is the most memorable of all the season. It helps us somehow in order to escape from the ordinary life. The memories it brings hold the promise of lasting forever. Thus, summer fever is the best. Even in terms of how we carry our clothes. Because each person have different styles and ways to express their selves and to show their feelings, most of us match the clothes according the season of our country, of course if it is cold season you have to wear clothes that keep you warm like jackets, long sleeves, and you even double your shirts just to ease the coldness that you feel.
That is why if it is summer you don’t have to wear jacket, if you wear this, you look somewhat like a weird because especially in our country it is very hot during summer, and most of us wear only shorts or sleeve less. But personally I do not wear sleeveless and shorts outside our house I only wear that inside our house, if I will going outside, I wear those clothes that is comfortable and don’t make me feel irritated because of the season.
That is why we have to consider first the season of that day before you decide on what you will wear.

Have you ever heard about summer love? We often hear only about cold days lovers or like winter love but some person also experience a summer love. Sometimes during summer because it is very hot anywhere especially here in our country, some of us are gets irritated easily even in their love ones.
Summer love, the kind of love that grows between April and May, is the most care free kind of romance. It is unexpectable, it happens just in a glimpse. It comes so natural, spontaneous, and needs no prodding. It seems oblivious of time and is in no hurry. It asks for nothing but time together and togetherness at close proximity. And while summer is in bloom, this feeling seems to hold the promise of lasting forever. Once in a while, though, a summer love does last way past Labor Day. More often than not, it succumbs to its own carefree nature. Every young person desires to experience summer love, it may comes once in a lifetime, like a blue moon under the silhouette of night, and from that day on it will not vanish anymore, it will leave an unremarkable joyfulness to one’s heart. That is why some woman after experiencing that summer love gets pregnant, and sometimes don’t result in a good relationship because it just happens in a glimpse.

Our professor in Values Education once asked our class that if we were have a chance to choose a season we want what it is, summer or rainy season, at the back of my mind I really want rainy days but not rainy days actually, I like most is the cloudy day, it is because we feel comfortable, because it is not very hot and not very cold. I like also rainy days especially if the class is suspended because of the typhoon, it is because I just want to stay at home and spend my time with my family and my pets. But I also feel afraid because the water on the river on our backyard might flow and reach our house. And also I don’t want others to suffer because of the flood.
But most of my classmates want a sunny day or a summer season, they say because they can do many things, and go anywhere they want, they say that rainy season is very uncomfortable because you are always wet and you can’t go anywhere you want. Sometimes I also like summer but sometimes it makes me feel irritated because it is very hot especially in our country. And sometimes the pollution of the cars adds warm in our environment.
